Like I said, this week is for my lip product showcases and this is the second batch of lip goodies to ramp your screen. So please welcome, the Skin Temptations Tinted Lip Balm! They’re organic and locally made in the Philippines, our own products… “Atin to” ika nga :-). Thank you Skin Temptations for trusting me to review and try some of your organic beauty products, and kudos with your success.
Anyways guys, I’m gonna be direct and tell you what I think. I will give you non-biased feedback to ensure that I’m not one sided, I’m in the middle.
Since these are new products from them, they’re still perfecting, changing and experimenting to create the right formula. And for me, their color selections are great, especially the lighter ones since I can wear them with different outfits and styles during the day. As for the formula, there are two lip balms (Pink Sherbet & Candy Apple) that are extremely pigmented and stain your lips but they don’t have a sweet scent. They also feel a little warm on the lips if that make sense, and are a little oily too. The Pink Sherbet glides on easily and is very opaque while I’m having a hard time applying the Candy Apple since it doesn’t apply evenly. I noticed that once I add additional layers of color, it fades in certain areas of my lips.
On the other hand, I prefer to wear the rest of the balms for daily use. And even though they’re in different flavors, the distinct scent of strawberry aroma lingers on your lips. I love strawberry scents and it temps me to lick them whenever I wear them hihihi. As for the quality, they’re all subtle in color and look good on my lips (like natural tinted lips). These don’t stain the lips like the other two I mentioned and seem to dry quickly in the middle of my lips. When that happens I wipe off my lips and re-apply. But I do love them and I enjoy using them ?.
My favorite colors out of all of them are the Nude Lush, Natural Touch, Cinnamon Suede and the Purple Sundae ?
